Pricing Inquiries

For further assistance, please email us at: [email protected] so we have a record of your inquiry and any related correspondence. Our goal is to respond to your email within two business days.  If you feel your inquiry is better explained in a conversation, we welcome your call.

When emailing us for pricing, please be sure to include the name of your organization and its location, as we may need to forward your request to one of our distributors.  To email you a formal quotation, we require the complete street address and a phone number for the organization.  Without this information, FedEx won’t be able to process the shipment.  

Repair Inquiries

We are often asked if we can repair broken Franz or Side-Bi-Side Cells.  Most of the time we can!  If the heating jacket of a cell is not cracked too badly, there is a good chance that we can repair it, but we will have to assess it first. Following an evaluation, we will notify you if indeed we can do the repair.   There is no need to contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA), just securely package your equipment for repair and ship it to us with a letter prominently identifying your company, a return shipping address, a phone number at that location, and your preferred method  of communication. 

Technical Assistance

Please do not hesitate to contact us for help with deciding which equipment to purchase, or for assistance in using it after the sale.  We have many years of experience with the cells and stirrers and can likely save you time and effort when setting it up and starting your first study.  There is no cost for this service and it doesn’t matter if you purchased the equipment way back when. We are always here to help!
